These terms and conditions apply when you use the VšĮ „Apglėbk pasaulį“ website, create an account, and register for the organisation’s events and projects.

General

This site is run by VšĮ „Apglėbk pasaulį“, legal entity code 305985583, registered at Laukų g. 11, Valeravos k., LT-54394 Kaunas. By using the site you confirm that you have read these terms and will follow them.

Your account

• Provide accurate and truthful information when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything done while signed in to your account.
• Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
• We may restrict or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Event registration

A registration is personal and valid for one specific event. If you cannot attend, please cancel in advance – places are limited and yours goes to the next person waiting. Organisers may change the time or venue of an event, or cancel it; we will tell you by email if that happens.

Code of conduct

Our community is built on respect and inclusion. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, hate speech or aggressive behaviour at our events. Anyone breaking these rules may be asked to leave without compensation.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, text, logos and photographs belong to the organisation or are used with the rights holders’ permission. Reproducing or distributing them commercially without written consent is not allowed. Photography and filming may take place at events; tell the organisers if you do not want your image used.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we give no guarantee that it is complete. We are not liable for loss arising from the site being unavailable, or from the content of third-party sites we link to.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and fund the activities set out in our statutes. If you make a mistake when transferring, contact us – we refund funds sent in error.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page together with the date it was last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. For questions write to [email protected].
